Privacy policy

This policy covers orangemachine.fr and orngmch.in, served by the same installation.

Data controller

Orangemachine SAS, 5 rue du Pipay, 44000 Nantes, France — represented by Franck Guillois. For any question about your data: our contact form.

What the site does not do

  • No advertising.
  • No audience measurement cookie, no tracker, no third-party script or content (no Google, no social network).
  • No visitor accounts: only the label team logs in to the site.

Contact form

  • Data: your name, your email address, the subject and text of your message.
  • Purpose: replying to you.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in handling the request you send us.
  • Retention: none. The site does not store messages: they reach us by email, through our mail server hosted by OVH in France, and are not kept after we reply.

Server logs and statistics

  • Data: like any web server, ours records for each request the IP address, the date, the requested page, the referring page and the browser.
  • Purposes: site security (abuse detection) and visitor statistics.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site and knowing its audience.
  • Statistics: computed from these logs by Matomo, installed on our own servers, with IP addresses anonymised. No cookie or script is placed on your device for this.
  • Retention: 14 days on the server.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookie. On orngmch.in, if you pick a listening platform, that choice is kept in an om_plat cookie for one year, so you are sent straight to it next time. It only holds the platform name and is used for nothing else.

Recipients and processors

  • Kiviak Technologies (Avignon, France): website hosting.
  • OVH (France): hosting of our mail server.
  • Infomaniak (Switzerland): storage of a backup copy of the site. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision.

Your data is neither sold nor transferred.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them: our contact form. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
